Net income fell 50 per cent to US$107m while adjusted property EBITDA fell to US$430m, down from US$566m a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to parent company <strong>Las Vegas Sands (LVS)<\/strong>, performance was negatively impacted by an <strong>exceptionally low VIP rolling hold<\/strong> of 1.35 per cent during the quarter. Had rolling play stayed at expected levels, Macau EBITDA would have totalled US$517m, it said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the decline in earnings, gaming volumes increased across all segments, with rolling volume up 73 per cent year-over-year, non-rolling drop up 15 per cent, and slot and electronic table game handle up 30 per cent. Total GGR increased 4 per cent, with mass GGR up 8 per cent, compared to overall Macau market growth of 0 per cent and 4 per cent, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Londoner Macao <\/strong>remained the company&#8217;s largest contributor with net revenue of US$710m, up from US$642m in Q2 2025. Casino revenue climbed to US$548m, while hotel occupancy improved to 96.7 per cent. However, adjusted property EBITDA declined from US$205m to US$192m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At <strong>The Venetian Macao<\/strong>, net revenue totalled US$591m, down from US$663m in the prior-year period due to lower casino revenues and an unfavourable rolling chip win percentage of 0.62 per cent. Adjusted property EBITDA fell to US$165m, while occupancy remained strong at 98.2 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Parisian Macao <\/strong>delivered net revenue of US$218m, an increase of 12.4 per cent year-over-year, with gains in casino, food and beverage and slot activity. Adjusted property EBITDA stood at US$38m, while occupancy reached 97.4 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, <strong>The Plaza Macao<\/strong> saw net revenue drop from US$194m to US$137m. The property&#8217;s results were impacted by a rolling chip win percentage of 1.15 per cent, although hotel occupancy remained resilient at 95.1 per cent and average daily room rates increased to US$507.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sands Macao<\/strong> saw net revenue of US$95m compared to US$71m in the second quarter of 2025. Casino revenue increased 39.7 per cent year-over-year, while adjusted property EBITDA improved to US$11m. The slot handle more than doubled to US$1.53bn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sands China&#8217;s Cotai<\/strong> mall portfolio generated US$131m in gross revenue, led by The Shoppes at Venetian with US$62m and the Four Seasons luxury retail segment with US$41m. Occupancy across the Cotai retail portfolio stood at 82.8 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, LVS highlighted ongoing investments in premium offerings and service enhancements. <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/sands-china-to-kick-off-major-refresh-of-the-venetian-macao-room-product\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Renovation work at The Venetian Macao<\/a>, which began in March, is expected to be completed by Chinese New Year 2028 and will include the refurbishment of all 2,900 rooms and suites as well as new premium gaming salons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the results, LVS chairman and CEO <strong>Patrick Dumont<\/strong> said: \u201cWe continued to execute our strategic objectives during the quarter in both Singapore and Macao while continuing to increase the return of capital to shareholders.
