The company had applied for reimbursement following a February 20 ruling by the US Supreme Court against the US administration’s authority to impose the tariffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the repayment, Ainsworth now expects underlying profit before tax of about AU$5m (US$3.5m) for the six months ended June 30, compared with its previous guidance of AU$1m (US$0.7m). The company has increased its EBITDA forecast from AU$13m (US$9.1m) to AU$17m (US$11.9m) while maintaining its revenue forecast of AU$116m (US$81.2m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Operating cash flow is now projected to reach about AU$8m (US$5.6m) for the first half, up from the AU$2m (US$1.4m) forecast issued in May.
