The agreement enables Wynn Marketing (Portugal) to provide international marketing services and seconded foreign resident staff to Wynn Macau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Macau.- Wynn Macau<\/strong> has entered into new Resort Marketing Services Agreements with Wynn Marketing (Portugal)<\/strong>. The agreements allow the Portuguese subsidiary of Wynn Resorts<\/strong> to provide international marketing services and seconded foreign resident staff to the Macau-based operator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company said the secondment agreement will support Wynn Macau’s ability to attract and retain talent, preserving employment benefits such as pension schemes, health and life insurance and tax arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreements will initially run through December 31, 2026<\/strong> and will automatically renew for successive three-year terms, subject to compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements, unless terminated. Wynn Marketing (Portugal) will receive a service fee equal to 5 per cent of total costs incurred. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The combined annual cap for payments under the existing and new marketing agreements remains unchanged at HK$167.6m (US$21.5m) for 2026<\/strong>. Historical payments under the previous agreements totalled HK$67.1m (US$8.6m) in 2024 and HK$45.7m (US$5.9m) in 2025.
