Affin Hwang Investment Bank a net profit between MYR100m (US$25m) and MYR200m (US$50m) thanks to higher gaming activity during the Lunar New Year holiday season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investment bank projected that Genting Malaysia\u2019s full-year earnings could increase by around 8 per cent year-on-year in 2026, although profits are expected to remain below pre-pandemic levels. Analysts noted that performance continues to depend heavily on Malaysian operations, which account for around 80 per cent of the group\u2019s EBITDA.
