According to a company filing, the awards cover <strong>297,000 shares, or approximately 0.01 per cent of issued share capital<\/strong>. They were granted at a closing price of HK$5.60 (around US$0.72) and will vest in two equal tranches in May 2029 and May 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company said the awards are not subject to performance targets, but include standard clawback provisions, under which unvested shares may lapse in cases such as resignation or misconduct.
