A ceremony was held at the PAGCOR Corporate Office in Pasay City.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>beneficiaries <\/strong>were the cities of La Carlota in Negros Occidental; the provinces of Northern Samar and Ilocos Norte; the municipalities of Roxas, Culion, San Vicente, and Quezon in Palawan; Tibiao and San Jose de Buenavista in Antique; Kumalarang in Zamboanga del Sur; Tagoloan in Lanao del Norte; and the 1st Infantry (Tabak) Division of the Philippine Army based in Zamboanga del Sur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"328\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/04\/pagcor-donates-patient-transport-vehicles-to-lgus-military-unit-1-900x328.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-777041557\" srcset=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/04\/pagcor-donates-patient-transport-vehicles-to-lgus-military-unit-1-900x328.jpg 900w, https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/04\/pagcor-donates-patient-transport-vehicles-to-lgus-military-unit-1.jpg 2031w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>PAGCOR chairman and chief executive officer <strong>Alejandro H. Tengco<\/strong> said the donations were intended to strengthen emergency response capabilities, particularly in underserved communities. \u201cThese PTVs are meant to help our local governments and frontline agencies respond more efficiently to medical emergencies,\u201d Tengco said: \u201cThrough this program, PAGCOR fulfils the directive of president Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to help bring essential health services closer to our people, especially in areas where access remains a challenge.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each donated PTV is equipped with <strong>essential medical and safety features<\/strong>, including a stretcher, oxygen tank, wheelchair, first aid kit, and navigation system to ensure safe and efficient patient transport.
