South Korea.- Paradise City and Lotte Duty Free<\/strong> have partnered in a joint marketing initiative aimed at boosting inbound tourism from high-value foreign visitors, particularly from China.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to The Korea Times, the agreement combines duty-free retail, hospitality and entertainment offerings designed to enhance the appeal of South Korea as a premium travel destination.\u00a0The Memorandum of Understanding <\/strong>was signed on April 24 at Paradise City in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, attended by representatives including Lotte Duty Free Head of Marketing Namgung Pyo and Paradise Sega Sammy IR Marketing Group Head Kim Jae-hwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the partnership, the companies will use shared customer data, marketing channels and loyalty programmes to create a \u201cone-stop\u201d experience integrating accommodation, gaming and shopping benefits. Guests staying at Paradise City will receive Lotte Duty Free coupon books, including discounts worth up to US$121, membership upgrades and prepaid shopping credits, while Lotte customers will gain access to preferential hotel rates and premium services. Promotional videos will be displayed at Lotte Duty Free stores and Star Avenue at its Myeongdong flagship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lotte Duty Free Head of Marketing Namgung Pyo <\/strong>said: \u201cThrough this agreement with Paradise City, we will be able to offer foreign VIP customers a premium experience that combines shopping and entertainment. By leveraging the strengths of both companies, we aim to contribute to attracting more inbound tourists through differentiated marketing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
