Australia.- Bally\u2019s Intralot<\/strong> has announced that its Australian subsidiary, Intralot Gaming Services (IGS), has been awarded a 15-year Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) Monitoring Licence<\/strong> in the state of Victoria. The licence will come into effect on August 16, 2027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under the agreement, approximately 26,300 EGMs<\/strong> will be connected to a centralised monitoring system. which will generate data to support regulatory oversight, harm minimisation initiatives, taxation and research, the company said. IGS will be responsible for delivering, operating and maintaining the statewide pre-commitment system for all EGMs in Victoria<\/a>, including 2,628 machines located at Crown Melbourne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Robeson Reeves<\/strong>, CEO of Bally\u2019s Intralot Group, said: \u201cThis represents a significant investment in the future of Victoria\u2019s gaming technology infrastructure.
