Hong Kong.- Palasino Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Oi Wai Wong <\/strong>as chief financial officer, effective April 24, 2026. The appoint follows the resignation of Kwok Tai Law<\/strong> from the positions of chief financial officer, company secretary, authorised representative and process agent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its filing, the company said there were no disagreements with the board and no matters requiring the attention of shareholders in relation to the departure. Wong will take up the same four roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Palasino, Wong held senior finance roles in the property and real estate sector. Her previous experience includes serving as general manager of the accounts department at Sino Group and financial controller (Hong Kong) at K. Wah International Holdings Limited. She also held managerial roles at the Hong Kong Housing Society and previously worked in multinational telecommunications companies in Hong Kong and Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Canada, with a concentration in accounting and management information systems. She is a non-practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a qualified member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a fellow of the Chartered Management Accountant designation, as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
