Ng Man Sun returns to the position he held for over a decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Hong Kong.- Century Entertainment International<\/strong> has announced the appointment of Ng Man Sun<\/strong> as its chairman and an executive director. The move sees Ng return to a position he previously held for more than a decade from 2012 until his resignation in May last year. Tang Ho Ka <\/strong>has stepped down as chairman but will continue to serve as chief executive officer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ng\u2019s appointment will run for three years, during which he will receive a monthly remuneration of HK$15,000<\/strong> (US$1,914), subject to periodic review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The leadership changes come at a challenging time. Century’s shares have been suspended from trading in Hong Kong since June 26, 2025, <\/strong>following delays in the release of audited financial results and a series of regulatory issues. Ng\u2019s return is viewed as an effort to bring back experienced leadership as the company works to rebuild confidence. As well as its VIP room businesses\u00a0in Cambodia, the company is\u00a0expanding\u00a0with online gambling in the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
