The project will initially roll out in Metro Manila before expanding nationwide, with a focus on curbing activities linked to crime in densely populated areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the measures is stricter enforcement of the existing ban on gambling in public spaces as well as  street drinking and other issues. While the initiative does not introduce new legislation, it aims to reinforces the implementation of existing rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Baguio City, authorities have reiterated the application of longstanding ordinances that prohibit the consumption of alcohol and any form of gambling in public places.
