Asia.- The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) Index dropped in February by 190.70 points to 1,625.28. That represents a 10.5 per cent decline compared with January<\/a> and leaves the index down 8.7 per cent year-on-year, or 155.33 points below its level in February 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nine of the ten companies tracked by the index saw share price declines during the month, resulting in nine negative contributions and just one positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The largest negative contributor was Aristocrat Leisure Limited<\/strong>, whose share price fell by 10.2 per cent, reducing the index by 68.50 points. The sole positive contribution came from Ainsworth Game Technology<\/strong>. Its share price rose by 1.5 per cent during the month, adding a modest 0.12 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Performance across broader US equity markets was mixed in February. The NASDAQ Composite declined by 3.4 per cent, and the S&P 500 slipped 0.9 per cent, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average saw a slight monthly gain of 0.2 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n
