The Philippines.- The gaming firm Belle Corp <\/strong>has completed the sale of 200m treasury shares<\/strong> to raise capital for its planned projects. The sale was executed through a block transaction yesterday (March 4<\/strong>), following approval from the Corporation\u2019s board of directors. The shares were offered at PHP1.40 each<\/strong>, with proceeds amounting to PHP280m<\/strong> (US$4.78m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company\u2019s most notable project is in Clark, where it secured a gaming licence through Premium Leisure Corp in 2024<\/strong> to redevelop the former US air base into a full integrated resort. At the time, Belle\u2019s President and CEO Armin Raquel Santos<\/strong> described Clark as an ideal hub for integrated resort development, given its accessibility to major international tourist markets, including China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, South Korea and Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group is also exploring potential projects in the Tagaytay Highlands<\/strong>. In 2025<\/strong>, the operator\u2019s net casino revenue fell 17.3 per cent<\/a> year-on-year to PHP1.9bn<\/strong> (US$32.9m).<\/p>\n\n\n
