Koster has <strong>more than four decades of industry experience<\/strong> and has held <strong>senior leadership roles<\/strong> across multiple jurisdictions in the United States at integrated resorts and hotel brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koster has worked at <strong>operators<\/strong> including Caesars Entertainment, Eldorado Resorts and Harrah&#8217;s. Photo: LinkedIn.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Star Entertainment Group<\/strong>\u00a0reported a <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/star-entertainment-reports-ebitda-gain\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/star-entertainment-reports-ebitda-gain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">return to positive EBITDA<\/a> in its second quarter following losses in previous periods. For the period ended December 31, 2025, the group posted revenue of AU$301m (US$212.17m), up 6 per cent quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA reached AU$6m (US$4.23m) before significant items. This compares with an EBITDA loss of AU$13m (US$9.16m) in the September quarter and a loss of AU$8m (US$5.64m) in the prior period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The improvement was driven by stabilised trading at\u00a0<strong>The Star Sydney<\/strong>, seasonally stronger volumes at\u00a0<strong>The Star Gold Coast<\/strong>, and an increase in operator fee revenue from The Star Brisbane to AU$26m.
