Macau.- Wynn Macau, Melco, Galaxy Entertainment<\/strong> and MGM China<\/strong> have followed Sands China<\/a> in confirming extended parental leave for their employees. The move increases paid maternity leave from 70 to 90 days and paid paternity leave from five to seven days as of yesterday (March 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wynn Macau<\/strong> said it aimed to provide team members with greater flexibility and peace of mind as they balance professional responsibilities and family life. The benefit for female employees will apply to those who have completed one year of continuous service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melco Resorts & Entertainment<\/strong> described the change as part of its broader human resources strategy, while Galaxy Entertainment Group<\/strong> said the policy underscores its ongoing commitment to building a caring workplace culture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
