Adjusted EBITDA reached nearly <strong>HKD4.30bn<\/strong> (US$549.2m), up 32.7 per cent from the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the <strong>three months to December 31<\/strong>, the group achieved GGR of <strong>HKD13.95bn<\/strong> (US$1.78bn), a 26.5 per cent year-on-year increase. For full-year 2025, the group reported net revenue of <strong>HKD49.24bn <\/strong>(US$6.29bn), up 13.4 per cent annually, while net profit rose 21.9 per cent to <strong>HKD10.67bn<\/strong> (US$1.36bn).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adjusted EBITDA for the year totalled <strong>HKD14.50bn<\/strong> (US$1.85bn), a 19.0 per cent increase compared with 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Galaxy Entertainment declared a final dividend of <strong>HKD0.80 per share <\/strong>(US$0.10), payable on <strong>June 12<\/strong>. The firm had already distributed two dividends of <strong>HKD0.50 and HKD0.70 per share <\/strong>(US$0.064 and US$0.089), bringing total dividends to <strong>HKD1.20 per share<\/strong> (US$0.153).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Galaxy Entertainment\u2019s portfolio includes <strong>Galaxy Macau on Cotai<\/strong>, <strong>the StarWorld Hotel<\/strong> on the <strong>Macau Peninsula<\/strong>, and <strong>Broadway Macau<\/strong>. The company\u2019s cash and liquid assets stood at <strong>HKD36.3bn <\/strong>(US$4.63bn) as of December 31, alongside total debt of <strong>HKD1.3bn <\/strong>(US$166m). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Francis Lui Yiu Tung<\/strong>, chairman of Galaxy Entertainment, noted sustained growth across every segment, particularly in the premium mass and super-premium mass sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On <strong>February 10,<\/strong> <strong>The Capella<\/strong>, a 17-storey luxury hotel with 95 suites and penthouses at Galaxy Macau, opened after a soft launch in <strong>May 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking ahead, Galaxy stated that its current priority is the development of <strong>Phase 4<\/strong> at Galaxy Macau. The project will feature luxury hotel brands, retail outlets, a water resort deck, and <strong>a 5,000-seat theatre<\/strong>. The firm noted that Phase 4 will include larger hotel units but a reduced total of <strong>1,350 rooms<\/strong>, down from <strong>1,500<\/strong> previously reported.
