Hu Jianguo has been appointed to the board of directors following the resignation of Tang Yong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The Philippines.- DigiPlus Interactive Corp.<\/strong> has announced the appointment of Hu Jianguo<\/strong> to its board of directors following the resignation of long-time director Tang Yong. According to a Philippine Stock Exchange disclosure, Tang\u2019s resignation took effect on Tuesday (February 17). He will remain in an advisory capacity to support continuity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hu joins the nomination, compensation and executive committees. He holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China and more than two decades of experience spanning platform innovation, gaming operations and enterprise-scale technology leadership including in technical roles at Huawei Technologies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to his board appointment, he played a role in DigiPlus’s transformation from a land-based gaming operator to a leading tech-powered digital entertainment brand<\/a> in the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
