Net profit rose 30.1 per cent year-on-year to KRW 144.1bn (US$99m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Casino sales across its portfolio of Paradise City (Incheon), Walkerhill (Seoul), Busan Casino and Jeju Grand  generated KRW 115.12bn (US$79.1m), up 2.5 per cent on the prior year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"670\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/04\/Paradise-City.jpg\" alt=\"Paradise City.\" class=\"wp-image-777024757\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Paradise City.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paradise City<\/strong>, the flagship integrated resort developed with Sega Sammy Holdings, posted a <strong>record quarterly revenue of KRW 156.11bn (US$100.3m) in 4Q25<\/strong>, up 20.9 per cent year-on-year and slightly higher sequentially. Casino sales at the property rose 24.8 per cent to KRW 124.35 bn (US$85.4m), driven by strong mass play and a modest improvement in hold rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EBITDA grew 94.7 per cent year-on-year to KRW 25.29bn (US$17.4m), although it was down 18.8 per cent sequentially as higher taxes, labour and marketing costs weighed on quarterly earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Results at the <strong>group\u2019s other casinos<\/strong> were mixed in the final quarter. Sales across Walkerhill, Busan and Jeju properties reached KRW 106bn (US$72.8m), down 1.7 per cent year-on-year, underpinned by a 7.9 per cent fall in casino drop. EBITDA for these properties fell 74.1 per cent year-on-year and 67.4 per cent sequentially to KRW 5.73bn (US$3.9m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walkerhill\u2019s revenue dropped 8.2 per cent to KRW 76.9bn (US$52.8m), while Busan Casino delivered growth of 29.6 per cent to KRW 20.3bn (US$13.9m) in the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company continues to expand capacity.
