United Arab Emirates.- Ras Al Khaimah is courting investors from mainland China and Hong Kong<\/strong> as construction of Wynn Al Marjan Island<\/strong> advances. At the Asian Financial Forum, a trade delegation sought raise international awareness of the emirate\u2019s development plans and promote more Chinese investment in what is the fourth largest of the seven city states in the UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abdulla Al Abdouli<\/strong>, the CEO of Marjan, said interest from Chinese and Hong Kong investors spans hospitality, real estate and supporting infrastructure. Several major Chinese construction groups are already involved in Al Marjan Island, including China State Construction Engineering and China Railway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe would like to have a wider window and a broader range of companies to be part of investment in Ras Al Khaimah,\u201d Al Abdouli added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The United Arab Emirates\u2019 first regulated casino development is scheduled to open in 2027<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n
