Phase 2 of the Hann Reserve is slated for completion in 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The Philippines.- Dae Sik Han <\/strong>and the Hann Group <\/strong>are preparing to build a second integrated resort at New Clark City in Central Luzon<\/strong>. According to Insider Philippines, they’re targeting completion by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new casino will be part of Phase 2 of the Hann Reserve<\/strong>, a 450-hectare golf-themed lifestyle development 15 minutes from the group\u2019s Hann Casino Resort<\/strong> in Clark, Pampanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agnes \u201cNeki\u201d Liwanag<\/strong>, vice president of Hann Philippines Inc., said the project will have championship golf courses, public parks, retail space, an international school and golf residences. Hann Reserve\u2019s first golf course is in its soft opening phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Philippine casino industry has faced challenges due to a slowdown in high-roller visitation, Hann\u2019s leadership said operations remain healthy and that local demand has picked up amid subdued international arrivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hann Group postponed a planned PHP13bn IPO<\/a>. Meanwhile, it expanded its Clark property<\/a> with a new 1.2-hectare gaming floor and increased slot and table game capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n
