The Macau operator renews commitment to local talent cultivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Macau.- Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) has celebrated 15 years of its flagship Youth Achievement Programme (YAP), an initiative designed to nurture local youth talent. A ceremony held at the Galaxy International Convention Center in Cotai was attended by government officials, industry representatives, and community partners to honour the achievements of the 14th edition\u2019s participants and launch the 15th cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-organised with the Macau Management Association (MMA) since its inception in 2011, the Youth Achievement Program has engaged more than 3,600 local youths aged 18-29, offering cross-sector exchange opportunities, leadership development, and life skills training under its core themes of self-awareness, community care, and career development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme\u2019s 15th edition is set to expand its scope with a focus on cultural heritage and career readiness, including workshops, seminars, and immersive activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, Philip Cheng, director of GEG said: \u201cGEG has always attached great importance to nurturing talent. Over the years, we have worked closely with MMA to build YAP into a dynamic platform that brings together diverse elements of learning and exchange. Looking ahead, GEG will continue to support young people to \u2018Reach Out, Reach Beyond\u2019, pushing past their limits and achieving excellence\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
