The figure marks <strong>an 88.5 per cent decrease<\/strong> compared to Q4 2024. In the period, the property reported adjusted segmental EBITDA of <strong>PHP238m<\/strong> (US$3.99m), an 88.5 per cent decline from the <strong>PHP2.07bn<\/strong> (US$34.79m) recorded in the same period last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VIP revenue was also down 78.9 per cent year-on-year to <strong>PHP667m<\/strong> (US$11.2m) in the fourth quarter, while mass-market table revenue fell 10.8 per cent year-on-year to <strong>PHP2.28bn <\/strong>(US$38.3m). Revenue from Okada Manila&#8217;s gaming machines reached <strong>PHP2.98bn<\/strong>, an 8.8 per cent drop from a year ago. In the three months to December 31, non-gaming revenue totaled <strong>PHP1.14bn <\/strong>(US$19.17m), <strong>declining by 5.3 per cent <\/strong>year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2025, the property&#8217;s total GGR stood at <strong>PHP27.81bn <\/strong>(US$467.5m), down <strong>20.1 per cent,<\/strong> while adjusted segmental EBITDA dropped <strong>44 per cent to PHP4.27bn <\/strong>(US$71.7m). The figures were disclosed in a Wednesday filing by <strong>Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Inc.<\/strong>, Okada Manila&#8217;s promoter and a subsidiary of Japan&#8217;s <strong>Universal Entertainment Corp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The parent firm, Universal Entertainment, had expected the 2025 decline.
