Century Entertainment International and World Platinum Technologies plan to develop, operate and monetise up to 10 mobile gaming apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Hong Kong.- Century Entertainment<\/strong> International and Philippines-based World Platinum Technologies Inc (WPT)<\/strong> have signed a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the intention of developing, operating and monetising mobile gaming applications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement, disclosed in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing yesterday (January 8), anticipates an expansion of the companies\u2019 cooperation beyond existing platform and content agreements. The company’s joint venture, Konphil Technology Company<\/a>, intends to develop and launch up to 10 mobile gaming applications<\/strong> subject to finalising a definitive leasing and operating agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Konphil, which was established in mid-2025<\/a>, will take responsibility for application development, marketing, player acquisition and business development, while WPT will contribute its licensed online platform, proprietary content and technology solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should the definitive agreement be executed, WPT is expected to receive 15 per cent of net gaming profits generated by the applications, with revenue settlements conducted monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
