The index closed 2-25 up <strong>17.1 per cent higher year-on-year<\/strong>, <strong>266.86 points<\/strong> ahead of December 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seven of the ten companies that make up the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) Index saw  share price declines during the month, resulting in seven negative and three positive contributions to the overall index value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"344\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/AGEM-index-december-900x344.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-777036592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/AGEM-index-december-900x344.png 900w, https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2026\/01\/AGEM-index-december.png 1912w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The largest negative contributor in December was <strong>Konami Corp.<\/strong>, whose <strong>10.5 per cent<\/strong> drop in share price reduced the index by <strong>64.20 points<\/strong>. <strong>Crane NXT<\/strong> also weighed on performance, with its stock falling <strong>16.4 per cent<\/strong>, translating into a <strong>14.12-point<\/strong> decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the positive side, <strong>Light &amp; Wonder<\/strong> was the strongest performer.
