The Australian casino operator’s CFO has already departed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Australia.- The Star Entertainment’s chief financial officer, Frank Krile<\/strong> resigned from his position at the end of last month and chief operating officer Jeannie Mok<\/strong> will step down at the end of January 2026. The company said it has begun a search for a new CFO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commenting on the departures, CEO Bruce Mathieson Jr<\/strong> said: “I would like to thank Frank and Jeannie for their significant contribution to the business and particularly their assistance in progressing our remediation plan. I wish them both well in their future endeavours.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Star Entertainment Group\u00a0had already announced a series of board changes<\/a>\u00a0after the approval of Bally\u2019s AU$300m (US$193m) investment. Bruce Mathieson Jr<\/a> has been appointed chief executive officer and managing director following the departure of Steve McCann. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0A filing on December 29 said he will earn a basic annual salary of AU$800,000 ($535,000). His appointment remains subject to outstanding regulatory and ministerial approvals in New South Wales and Queensland\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
