The company has named Raymond Voon as SVP of marketing strategy and loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Macau.- Sands China<\/strong> has announced a series of leadership changes. Raymond Voon<\/strong>, previously senior vice president of customer services at Galaxy Entertainment Group<\/strong>, has been named senior vice president (SVP) of marketing strategy and loyalty<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company also confirmed the departure of executive vice president and chief customer officer Virginia Lam<\/strong>, who leaves the company after a 15 years \u201cto pursue other interests and opportunities\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVirginia has been an invaluable member of our leadership team and has played a pivotal role in the successful launch of many of our properties, as well as establishing a strong team in market development,\u201d stated Sands China CEO, Grant Chum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philip Lam and Kitty Chui<\/strong> will jointly oversee the sales and service functions in market development and premium mass service, while John Burger <\/strong>has been named as SVP of resort operations. Burger will oversee hotel operations; customer experience design and innovation; meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE); and transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several team members have also been promoted, including Wing Ao<\/strong>, who becomes senior vice president of Market Development for Asia\/Non-Asia, and Eddie Lou<\/strong>, the new vice president of Market Development for The Parisian and The Londoner. Luisa Lei<\/strong> has been appointed senior vice president of Business Development. Sean McCreery<\/strong>, Sands China executive vice president for operations, will depart after 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
