United Arab Emirates.- The General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority <\/strong>(GCGRA) has named veteran gaming attorney Jennifer Carleton<\/strong> as its new Chief of Licensing and Investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carleton has three decades of experience in gaming law, regulation and compliance. She joins the UAE regulator from Sightline Payments, where she served as Chief Legal Officer, overseeing anti-money laundering, Title 31, and Bank Secrecy Act compliance across federal and state levels in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n

Before her time at Sightline, Carleton spent ten years as Senior Staff Attorney for the Oneida Tribe. She holds a Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Wisconsin and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Nevada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GCGRA saod she will \u201cplay a key role in advancing the Authority\u2019s mission<\/strong> to regulate with integrity, transparency, and global best practice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
