Macau.- Las Vegas Sands<\/strong> has announced that outgoing chairman and CEO Robert G. Goldstein<\/strong> has sold some of his holdings in the company\u2019s common stock for financial diversification. An initial sale of 300,000 shares<\/strong> was made on October 27. Goldstein will transition to a senior advisor role <\/strong>on March 1, 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n The company said: \u201cIn connection with this transition, between October 27, 2025 and March 1, 2026, Mr Goldstein intends to sell some or all of his holdings of the company\u2019s common stock for financial diversification purposes<\/strong>, including shares of common stock underlying his vested option awards.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n As of March 17, Goldstein was the beneficial owner of 4,629,005 shares, representing a stake of under 1 per cent. The 300,000 shares sold on October 27 were valued at circa US$17.8m<\/strong> based on the company\u2019s closing price of US$59.44.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The firm said that \u201cMr Goldstein\u2019s belief in the company\u2019s prospects remains strong<\/strong>, and the stock sales are intended solely for financial diversification purposes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
