Lahore District Court has ordered Aroob Jatoi and Subhan to testify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Pakistan.- Lahore district court<\/strong> has summoned Saad ur Rehman<\/strong>‘s wife Aroob Jatoi<\/strong> and his manager Subhan<\/strong> in the case against the YouTuber, popularly known as Ducky Bhai<\/strong> over the alleged promotion of online gambling applications<\/a>. The hearing, presided over by Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo<\/strong>, has been adjourned until November 3<\/strong> to allow the co-accused to respond to the summons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA)<\/strong>, Rehman’s wife played an active role in his promotion of illegal gambling operations. Rehman is alleged to have personally earned over Rs210m (US$750,000) from the promotional activities. He was arrested on August 17 at Lahore\u2019s Allama Iqbal International Airport <\/a>while allegedly attempting to leave the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NCCIA maintains that Ducky Bhai used his popularity to lure followers to illegal gambling and forex applications, causing widespread financial harm. The case, registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA)<\/strong> and the Pakistan Penal Code<\/strong>, includes charges of electronic forgery, spamming, fraud, and cheating. Investigators have submitted a list of nine witnesses and continue to trace the flow of funds connected to the alleged promotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next hearing on November 3<\/strong> will determine whether the prosecution proceeds with formal indictments against Jatoi anmd Subhan.<\/p>\n\n\n
