It thinks that Macau and Singapore are undervalued despite concerns over China\u2019s economy. In a preview of the third-quarter 2025 earnings season, the firm said market pessimism represents an opportunity for investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Seaport analyst <strong>Vitaly Umansky<\/strong>, recent gaming stock dips to roughly 24 per cent below pre-pandemic levels are not warranted.  \u201cAt current valuation levels, investors are being well compensated to take on China-related risk,\u201d Umansky said, arguing that Macau\u2019s growth fundamentals remain intact even as the broader Chinese economy slows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macau\u2019s gaming revenue was up 13 per cent year-on-year in the third quarter and us expected to sustain double-digit momentum into the final quarter of 2025. Wynn Macau, Sands China and Galaxy Entertainment posted healthy EBITDA gains, reinforcing Seaport\u2019s view that the marke remains solid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Singapore also stands out in Seaport\u2019s analysis with Las Vegas Sands\u2019 Marina Bay Sands.
