The company reported in a filing to the Australian Securities Exchange that investors\u00a0voted overwhelmingly in favour of the re-election of Chenoweth and Murphy to the board, alongside the endorsement of the company\u2019s remuneration structure and incentive plans.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week, Tabcorp appointed telecommunications and technology specialist&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/tabcorp-appoints-vivian-stewart-to-board\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/tabcorp-appoints-vivian-stewart-to-board\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vivian Stewart&nbsp;as a&nbsp;Non-Executive Director (NED)<\/a>, pending regulatory approvals.
