Deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak has said that the state assembly will consider a resolution in its upcoming session to urge central government to develop a nationwide law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Surajya Abhiyan movement has been pushing for sucha a move States including Assam, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu, have introduced measures on online gaming but varying approaches have led to calls for a national standard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>India&#8217;s constitution, under Article 252, allows parliament to legislate on state matters if at least two states request it.
