The packs included rice, canned goods, noodles, coffee, hygiene kits and sleeping mats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PAGCOR chairman and CEO <strong>Alejandro H. Tengco <\/strong>commented: \u201cToday, even after the rains have stopped and the floodwaters have subsided, we continue to provide support to severely affected communities because we understand that recovery from the aftermath of disasters takes time.
