South Korea.- Jeju Dream Tower<\/strong>, the foreign-only integrated resort operated by Lotte Tour Development <\/strong>on South Korea\u2019s Jeju Island, saw record visitor numbers in July.\u00a0Casino revenue reached KRW43.4bn (US$32.5m)<\/strong>, up 90.1 per cent from the KRW22.9bn (US$17.1m) in July 2024 and up 21.3 per cent compared to June\u2019s KRW35.8bn (US$26.8m)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Table games <\/strong>generated KRW41.6bn (US$31.1m), up 99.1 per cent year-on-year and 21 per cent from the previous month. Machine games<\/strong> revenue was KRW1.87bn (US$1.4m), up 30 per cent month-on-month, but 5.2 per cent below last year\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hotel operations <\/strong>generated KRW7.88bn (US$5.9m), up 15.4 per cent from June\u2019s KRW6.83bn (US$5.1m), but\u00a014.8 per cent behind July 2024. Visitor numbers<\/strong> reached 56,691, up 10 per cent from June and a 65.4 per cent compared to July 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casino sales at Jeju Dream Tower for the first seven months of 2025<\/strong> stood at KRW238bn (US$178.1m), up 49.3 per cent year-on-year. Cumulative hotel sales for the January to July period were KRW43.84bn (US$32.8m), down 10.7 per cent year-on-year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
