Hard Rock Hotel &amp; Residences Ras Al Khaimah is slated to open in 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mixed-use development will be located in Ras Al Khaimah\u2019s Beach District, adjacent to Al Marjan Island. It will have approximately&nbsp;<strong>300 rooms<\/strong>, 395 branded residences and will reportedly create roughly 500 permanent jobs. For now, only Wynn has a casino licence.
