The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation has provided five vehicles to military units and a local government unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The Philippine.- The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) <\/strong>has donated five Patient Transport Vehicles (PTVs)<\/strong> to military units and a local government unit. The newest recipients were the Municipality of Liliw in Laguna; the Army\u2019s 7th Infantry Division, Light Reaction Regiment and Fort Magsaysay Army Station Hospital, all based in Nueva Ecija; and the Headquarters Force Reconnaissance Group of the Philippine Marines in Ternate, Cavite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The donated vehicles are expected to boost the recipients\u2019 capacity for medical evacuation and transport during military operations, natural disasters, and other emergencies in remote or conflict-prone areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The turnover ceremony was held at the PAGCOR Corporate Office in Pasay City and was led by PAGCOR chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco<\/strong>. He said: \u201cThese donations are part of our ongoing commitment to boost the government\u2019s emergency response efforts, especially in areas where every second can mean the difference between life and death. It also reflects PAGCOR\u2019s commitment to national service beyond gaming as ordered by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAGCOR recently donated five vehicles<\/a> to the municipality of Benito Soliven in Isabela, San Pedro City in Laguna, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), Ospital ng Para\u00f1aque, and the Joint Task Force Unit Ilocos (JTUI) Headquarters. To date, it has donated a total of 40 PTVs to LGUs, public hospitals, and frontline agencies nationwide as part of its socio-civic programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n
