We prioritise ethical business practices and promote responsible gaming, under the robust regulation of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp (<strong>PAGCOR<\/strong>),\u201d they said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We hold all necessary licenses and accreditations from PAGCOR, meeting stringent legal requirements for gaming operators and system administrators. We also strictly enforce PAGCOR\u2019s geographic restrictions, employing advanced geo-fencing and IP-filtering technologies to prevent player registration and betting from outside the Philippines.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe actively promote responsible gaming through tools such as self-exclusion, deposit limits and account restrictions. We strictly prohibit minors from accessing our platform through our stringent age-gating system and verification. We likewise offer resources for individuals seeking assistance with gambling-related issues,\u201d the operators said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They said all gaming equipment and games undergo evaluation and receive approval from PAGCOR prior to deployment aand that <strong>Certified Random Number Generators (RNGs<\/strong>) ensure fairness and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senate president Juan Miguel Zubiri\u2019s Anti-Online Gambling Act of 2025 seeks to ban online gambling in all forms, including mobile applications and websites. Senator&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/philippine-senator-calls-for-stricter-regulations-on-online-gambling\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sherwin Gatchalian<\/a>&nbsp;has filed a separate bill proposing tighter restrictions without a full ban. Senator&nbsp;<strong>Alan Peter Cayetano<\/strong>&nbsp;is pushing for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/philippine-lawmakers-work-on-measure-to-limit-the-use-of-e-wallets-in-online-gambling-platforms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">e-wallet providers<\/a>&nbsp;to prevent their platforms from facilitating transactions linked to online gambling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is reportedly&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/philippine-president-open-to-considering-proposed-new-online-gambling-legislation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">open to proposals for tighter regulations<\/a>&nbsp;and taxation of digital gaming. The Department of Finance (DOF) is currently exploring measures to impose new&nbsp;<strong>taxes on online gaming platforms<\/strong>.
