Tengco said the PTVs are designed to improve the ability of local health units to rapidly address medical emergencies, especially in regions with restricted access to hospitals and specialised medical services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In March, the agency <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/pagcor-donates-patient-transport-vehicle-to-philippine-national-police-academy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">donated a PTV<\/a> to\u00a0the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA). The donation was part of a PHP300m (US$5.04m) pledge to the PNPA announced at the academy\u2019s 45th Alumni Homecoming at Camp Gen.
