It granted 424,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.008 per cent of issued capital. The closing price per share on on May 2 was HK$5.29 (US$0.68).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company said the awards would be vested 50 per cent on May 2, 2028 and 50 per cent on May 2, 2029 and are not subject to performance targets. The Employee Ownership Scheme was introduced on May 25, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wynn Macau said: &#8220;The grant of awards will be satisfied by issuance of new Shares within the scheme mandate limit under the Employee Ownership Scheme.
