The regulator conducted 350 inquiries, upholding 283 (81 per cent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It received\u00a0<strong>116 complaints and 32 enquiries<\/strong>\u00a0in January, 85 complaints and 17 enquiries in February and 82 and 18 in March.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"404\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/04\/imagen_2025-04-24_090427368-900x404.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-777025696\" srcset=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/04\/imagen_2025-04-24_090427368-900x404.png 900w, https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/04\/imagen_2025-04-24_090427368.png 964w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The ACMA completed&nbsp;<strong>22 investigations that involved 25 gambling sites<\/strong>. It found one or more breaches of the Interactive Gambling Act (IGA) in 17 investigations. There were 33 findings of breaches: 20 for providing a prohibited&nbsp;interactive gambling&nbsp;service to Australian customers, 12 for providing an unlicensed regulated&nbsp;interactive gambling&nbsp;service to Australian customers and 1 for advertising a prohibited and\/or unlicensed regulated&nbsp;interactive gambling&nbsp;service in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"835\" height=\"546\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/04\/imagen_2025-04-24_090508730.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-777025697\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The ACMA issued 12 formal warnings to providers. Most offered casino-style games such as blackjack, roulette, poker, and slots.
