The figure was&nbsp;up 1.75 per cent <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/marina-bay-sands-net-revenue-rises-in-q4\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sequentially<\/a> but flat when compared to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/marina-bay-sands-revenue-up-9-1-in-q1\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">last year<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The casino operator\u2019s adjusted property earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (<strong>EBITDA<\/strong>)<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>was US$605m, up 1.3 per cent in year-on-year terms and 12.66 per cent when compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Casino revenue was down 0.2 per cent year-on-year from US$859m to US$857m. Rolling chip volume was US$8.02bn, down 2.74 per cent year-on-year and the non-rolling chip drop was up 9.52 per cent at US$2.3bn. The slot handle was down 12.12 per cent at US$5.8bn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-gaming revenue<\/strong>&nbsp;was up 2.34 per cent in year-on-year terms from US$306m. Hotel occupancy was 95.6 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert G. Goldstein<\/strong>, chairman and chief executive officer, said: &#8220;In Singapore, Marina Bay Sands continued to deliver outstanding financial and operating performance. The regulator said the casino operator had fulfilled requirements under Section 45 of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/gambling-regulation-in-singapore-amendments-to-casino-control-act-enter-force-today\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casino Control Act<\/a>\u00a02006 (CCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In March, MBS surpassed\u00a0<strong>500 million visitors<\/strong>\u00a0since it opened in 2010. It recorded over 38 million visitors in 2024 and said that over 1.2 million delegates had attended meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In November, the GRA renewed the casino licence of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/singapore-casinos-gra-renews-resorts-world-sentosa-licence\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resorts World Sentosa (RWS)<\/a>&nbsp;but for only two years.
