That&#8217;s a 2.9 per cent decrease <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/tourism-in-singapore-1-63-million-visitors-in-january\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sequentially<\/a> and a 15.3 per cent drop in <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/singapore-received-1-44-million-visitors-in-february\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">year-on-year terms<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were <strong>1.05 million overnight visitors<\/strong>. That\u2019s a 2.4 per cent decline compared to last year and an 11.8 per cent drop sequentially. The largest number of visitors came from China (267,960, down 18 per cent when compared to last year). Indonesia was the second-biggest source market with 192,600 arrivals, up 1 per cent. Malaysia ranked third, providing 105,740 arrivals, up 5.7 per cent year-on-year.\u00a0Chinese visitors had the longest average stay length at 4.16 days. That\u2019s an increase of 6.1 per cent when compared to the same period last year and 96.5 per cent of the number for the same period in 2019, before the Covid-19 pandemic.
