DigiPlus has launched a webinar series called Tamang Laro, Tamang Panalo about responsible gaming habits, financial literacy, and well-being. The company also offers financial coaching sessions. In January, it launched Pusta de Peligro<\/a>, a nationwide campaign focused on prevention, education, and intervention, with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The campaign uses short films to raise awareness about financial discipline and responsible gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eusebio Tanco<\/strong>, DigiPlus chairman, said: “Responsible gaming is not just a compliance requirement for us\u2014it\u2019s a core part of the DigiPlus DNA. By integrating global best practices in player protection, financial education, and digital responsibility, we are setting the standard for a safer, more mindful gaming experience in the Philippines.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Digiplus sees record net income in 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the full year 2024, DigiPlus Interactive <\/strong>posted a net income of PHP12.6bn (US$220m), up 207 per cent when compared to last year. The company attributed the growth to the performance of its digital retail segment, the launch of new live-streamed games, and the continued expansion of its game portfolio across BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, SpinPlus, and GameZone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revenue was up 176 per cent<\/strong> in year-on-year terms to PHP75.2bn (US$1.31bn). EBITDA was up 192 per cent to PHP 13.9bn (US$243m). By the end of 2024, DigiPlus recorded over 40 million registered users<\/a> across its digital platforms and currently employs over 3,000 people nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company said the harmonisation of regulatory fees enhanced profitability, creating a more stable environment for long-term growth.
