The regulator conducted 301 inquiries, upholding 243 (85 per cent). In the previous quarter, the ACMA had conducted 396 inquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It received\u00a0<strong>97 complaints and 24 enquiries<\/strong>\u00a0in October, 68 complaints and 24 enquiries in November and 78 and 10 in December.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"804\" height=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/01\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-777022324\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The ACMA completed\u00a0eight investigations involving 16 gambling sites. It found one or more breaches of the Interactive Gambling Act (IGA) in five cases. There were 16 findings of breaches: 10 for providing a prohibited\u00a0interactive gambling\u00a0service to Australian customers, five for providing an unlicensed regulated\u00a0interactive gambling\u00a0service to Australian customers and one for advertising a prohibited and\/or unlicensed regulated\u00a0interactive gambling\u00a0service in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"833\" height=\"539\" src=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/01\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-777022325\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The ACMA issued six formal warnings to providers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dama N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (RollXO).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FBC B.V. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service (FreeBitco.in).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Square Media Ltd for being a party to providing a prohibited and unregulated interactive gambling service (Betsquare).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dama N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Lucky Ones).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dama N.V. for providing prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services (SpinsUP, Rebellion Casino, MoonWin, Lucky Friends, Golden Star Casino and N1 Bet services).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luster N.V. for providing a prohibited interactive gambling service (Eddy Vegas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The regulator reported 75 URLs to accredited family-friendly filter providers and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/acma-blocks-6-more-offshore-websites\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blocked 75 websites<\/a>.
