Ho also appears on Fortune&#8217;s global list, ranking 80th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortune&#8217;s list is intended to acknowledge women who are transforming leadership through creativity. Grace Wang , Helen Wong and Makiko Ono lead the ranking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/pansy-ho-chiu-king-proposes-multi-city-tourism-packages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pansy Ho<\/a>, the daughter of the late gaming tycoon Stanley Ho, leads MGM China and holds several positions in international tourism organisations. Linda Chen manages Wynn Resorts&#8217; operations in Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year, Pansy Ho was named in <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-casino-investors-named-in-forbes-hong-kongs-50-richest-list\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Forbes Hong Kong\u2019s 50 richest list<\/a>. She maintained her 22nd place spot, with a net worth of US$3.9bn. She ranked 779th globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sam Hou Fai meets with Macau casinos bosses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sam Hou Fai<\/strong>, the only candidate for&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/sam-hou-fai-to-run-unopposed-for-role-of-macau-ce\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the position of chief executive (CE) in Macau<\/a>, met on Thursday (September 12) with leaders of the city\u2019s six casino concessionaires. Discussions revolved around the status of the industry and strategies to transform Macau into a global tourism and leisure hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, Hou Fai praised the contributions made to Macau\u2019s socio-economic development and encouraged operators to ensure the industry continues to develop in \u201ca healthy, orderly and sustainable development in accordance with the law.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hou Fai also urged casino operators to continue promoting an \u201cadequate diversification\u201d of the city\u2019s economy. The former judge has previously said&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-ce-candidate-pledges-to-continue-economic-diversification\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diversification was essential for the city\u2019s development<\/a>&nbsp;and that despite driving rapid development since 1999, gaming has led to imbalances in the economy and workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was attended by 12 representatives from the casino concessionaires, including&nbsp;<strong>Pansy Ho<\/strong>, chairperson of MGM China;&nbsp;<strong>Kenneth Feng<\/strong>, president of MGM Grand Paradise; and&nbsp;<strong>Lawrence Ho<\/strong>&nbsp;of Melco Resorts.
