The casino operator won <strong>six gold awards<\/strong> in the categories of \u201cBest Employer Branding,\u201d \u201cBest Management Training Program\u201d, \u201cBest Career Development Program\u201d, \u201cBest Recruitment Innovation\u201d, \u201cBest HR Digital Transformation Strategy\u201d, and \u201cBest Rewards &amp; Recognition Program\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company also won<strong> four silver awards<\/strong> \u201cBest Digital Learning Transformation\u201d, \u201cBest Learning and Development Program\u201d, \u201cBest Recruitment Experience Strategy\u201d, and \u201cBest Family-Friendly Initiatives\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, MGM received the BEST Award from the Association of Talent Development for its accomplishments in training, career, and youth development.
