Macau.- MGM <\/strong>has won 11 awards at the Employee Experience Awards 2024<\/strong> organised by Human Resources Online. The casino operator won six gold awards<\/strong> in the categories of \u201cBest Employer Branding,\u201d \u201cBest Management Training Program\u201d, \u201cBest Career Development Program\u201d, \u201cBest Recruitment Innovation\u201d, \u201cBest HR Digital Transformation Strategy\u201d, and \u201cBest Rewards & Recognition Program\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company also won four silver awards<\/strong> \u201cBest Digital Learning Transformation\u201d, \u201cBest Learning and Development Program\u201d, \u201cBest Recruitment Experience Strategy\u201d, and \u201cBest Family-Friendly Initiatives\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, MGM received the BEST Award from the Association of Talent Development for its accomplishments in training, career, and youth development. It’s the third time the company has received this recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
