The board will now convene semi-annually to consider dividend declarations. It may convene at any time during the year to consider the declaration of special dividends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wynn Macau clarified that it does not have a predetermined dividend payout ratio and that when deciding on dividend declaration and payment, the board will consider factors such as the group&#8217;s historical financial performance, distributable reserves, past and projected cash flows, liquidity position, as well as capital requirements and spending plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate filing, the casino operator announced that its shareholders endorsed the payment of the 2023 final dividend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company confirmed the re-election of<strong> Linda Chen<\/strong> as an executive director of the board and<strong> Craig Billings<\/strong>, the CEO of parent company Wynn Resorts, as an executive director of Wynn Macau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wynn-macau-reports-operating-revenue-of-us998-6m-for-q1\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">For the first quarter of the year<\/a>, Wynn Macau reported operating revenue of US$998.6m, up 9.7 per cent sequentially and up 66.4 per cent&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/wynn-macau-reports-us47-13m-profit-for-q1\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">when&nbsp;compared to last year<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company recorded adjusted earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation, amortisation, and rent\u00a0<strong>(EBITDAR) of US$339.6m<\/strong>, up 14.3 per cent\u00a0sequentially\u00a0and 118 per cent from the prior-year period.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wynn Macau has decided to allow semi-annual board meetings for dividend considerations and special dividends.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":176,"featured_media":25750,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"is_press_release":false,"is_interview":false,"is_opinion":false,"focusai_summary":"Wynn Macau has revised its dividend policy, shifting to semi-annual board meetings for regular dividend considerations and ad-hoc meetings for special dividends, effective immediately.
