Given the current level of operations, the board believes that an expanded membership is no longer necessary.\u00a0The proposal will be presented\u00a0for shareholder approval at the upcoming annual meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belle Corp recently\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/premium-leisure-to-be-delisted-from-philippines-stock-exchange\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">concluded a tender offer<\/a>\u00a0for the voluntary delisting of\u00a0PLC\u00a0from the PSE. It now holds a 99.55 per cent stake in the subsidiary. For\u00a0full-year\u00a02023, the company posted\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/belle-corp-posts-us98-6m-in-revenue-for-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">revenue of PHP5.6bn (US$98.6m)<\/a>, up 3 per cent when compared to the previous year.
