Hong Kong.-\u00a0LET Group Holdings<\/strong>\u00a0has announced through a company filing that Tou Kin Chuen<\/strong>,\u00a0John Lo Wai Tung\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Johnson Fu Chi King<\/strong>\u00a0have\u00a0been appointed\u00a0as\u00a0independent\u00a0non-executive\u00a0directors from May\u00a02. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having served since 2012, Tou Kin Chuen and Lo Wai Tung had resigned in January in protest against subsidiary Summit Ascent\u2019s decision to\u00a0sell wholly-owned G1 Entertainment<\/a>, which possesses a gaming licence for\u00a0Tigre de Cristal in Russia to Dalnevostochniy Aktiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tou Kin Chuen has been appointed\u00a0as chairman of the audit committee<\/strong> and a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee and risk management committee. John Lo Wai Tung has been appointed\u00a0as chairman of the remuneration committee and a member\u00a0of the audit committee, nomination committee and risk management committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Johnson Fu Chi King has\u00a0been appointed chairman of the nomination committee<\/strong>, and a member the audit committee, remuneration committee and risk management committee. He\u00a0served as non-executive director of ZZ Capital International <\/strong>from March 2019 to April 2020. He also worked for Hang Seng\u00a0Bank,\u00a0and is a former executive director and chief executive of Hang Seng Bank (China).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In February,\u00a0the company suspended trading<\/a>\u00a0amid a\u00a0Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) investigation.\u00a0Trading will remain suspended until further notice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
