Hotel booking rates have already reached 60-70 per cent and are expected to rise beyond 80-90 per cent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-received-491968-visitors-during-labour-day-holiday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the city received 491,968 visitors<\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>during the holiday period; a daily\u00a0average of 98,400.\u00a0However, numbers are tracking much higher this year, with <a href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-received-nearly-9m-visitors-in-q1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nearly 9 million visitor arrivals recorded in the first quarter of 2024<\/a>, representing 85 per cent of pre-Covid-19 levels.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/focusgn.com\/asia-pacific\/macau-daily-ggr-to-reach-us99-1m-during-labour-day-break-analysts-say\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Morgan Stanley Asia<\/a>&nbsp;predicted that this year\u2019s Labour Day holiday season will generate daily gross gaming revenue (GGR) of&nbsp;between&nbsp;MOP800m (US$99.1m)&nbsp;and MOP850m.
